Olympic Rental

We're delighted to be able to offer our spare room for rent during the London 2012 Olympics. We're a 30 minute walk along the canal (or 10 minute train - DLR) from the Olympic park so the travel should be nice and easy. We're also a short distance to the shops, bars, restaurants and cinemas of both Canary Wharf and Stratford.

 

The room has a double bed, large windows, a wardrobe and chest of drawers, TV, DVD player and Wi-fi all included. Also access to your own large bathroom with a big shower.

 

The flat is very large as it's a converted 19th Century factory building (so pretty unique!). You have access to the open plan kitchen and living area (shared with us). And an outdoor terrace ideal for BBQs!

 

We're a young professional couple who work from an office in the apartment. We'll even throw in breakfast every day (cereals, toast) and fry-ups at weekends.

 

If you would like exclusive use of our 1700 sq ft, 2-bedroom, warehouse apartment we'd be happy to discuss this with you.

 

The cost of the room on a single occupancy basis is £150/night (£1050/week). Couples are also welcome at a double occupancy rate of £200/night (£1400/week).

 

If you would like to rent the whole apartment the cost is £2000/week (minimum stay of 4 weeks).
